Chen is a Senior HR Manager at the Tel-Aviv site who started as a Traxer 3 years ago. Beside doing her everyday work, she experienced one of her most important life events in the Trax office, too!
After graduation I started to work as a talent acquisition specialist in one of the biggest outsourcing companies in Israel and was there for 4 years. I fell in love with recruiting and the HR world, but since I was recruiting for the company’s clients, I missed seeing the employees I hired and their development. I joined Trax as a recruiter and had the opportunity to recruit in-house and to have daily interactions with managers and employees. After two years here I got promoted to be an Employee HR Manager, so now I’m part of the full employee lifecycle experience. I’m grateful for this amazing opportunity.
As an HR manager I work closely with managers, employees, and other stakeholders as a partner for all HR matters. I’m constantly sensing the organizations’ pulse to provide holistic insights and input in order to ensure our Traxers are motivated with clear growth and development opportunities.
It’s definitely the day when my husband (back then my boyfriend) proposed to me at the office!
He came into the office dressed as a delivery guy wearing a helmet and gave me a huge box filled with balloons and a doll with a big ring. Then he removed the helmet and popped the question. I was shocked! Trax is always going to be an important part of my personal life because of this memory. ????
Being an Employee HR Manger means I am constantly assembling a puzzle, bringing all pieces together to create a successful, developing and unique workplace. To do that I have to cooperate with so many different departments and stakeholders. It is my favorite part! I learn so much from each of my colleagues about many different fields.
I have two sweet and crazy dogs my husband and I love to take for long walks and of course watching Netflix!
Trax is a place of opportunity. I have grown so much during my time here. All Traxers, both management and colleagues, want to see the company succeed and understand that each employee’s personal success will lead to a successful company as one Trax.
